I'm new here and to G-bodies in general. I just pulled an '84 Cutlass Supreme from my in-laws garage this morning after sitting for 9 years. Has a 3.8, gonna be out tomorrow, and the 350 Chevy/700R4 I had slated for her S-10 is going in. Her car, her rules. I'm just the wrench this time.

I look forward to asking some questions, I hope you guys are willing to put up with 'em.

After sitting for so long, a little gas down the carb and a battery charger set on Start for about 10 minutes got it to fire right up. The 14" Rallyes are gone now, and it's wearing 15X7s (those ugly NASCAR looking ones for now) with 235/60s and 275/60s. Looks a lot better already, and it hasn't even been washed yet.

Welcome to the forum. I just joined yesterday and love it already.

You need to get some pictures up! Congrats on getting it started. Mine sat for 3 years, and it took some work, cussing and blood to get her going.
