How rare are mini steel reinforcement brackets for Regal front bumpers? Kirban says that it is a rare find on Regals and that GM didn't seem to have much ryme or reason when installing them. They are supposed to be lighter than the aluminum front bumper reinforcements, the mini brackets are a mere 6 pounds vs 9 for the aluminum reinforcement. Just would like more info on these mini brackets since my Regal Limited came with them. It is funny that Buick used 4 different ways to attach the front bumpers on these cars.
