Front clip removal

I have all the bolts out except for the lower fender bolts right in front of the door. The clips holding those bolts in broke when loosening them, so now the bolts just spin in place. Is there any way to get at those clips so I can pull those bolts out?

use a long flathead or some needle nose pliers to hold them n place

what ever way u can access them easyest i think i went from the bottom u can also use vise grips? actually if the bolts r loose the fender shud still slide out
