I've got stock fronts and year old wagon springs in the rear. Just wondering if stock fronts for my car will be stiff enough so that my car will ride evenly, because right now with the 30 yr old fronts it rides like sh*t. Are wagon fronts different? Should I consider different ones? Looking for roughly stock height in front, maybe a tad lower.

I'm sure if you add some quality stock replacements they will stiff enough but if your future plans are to add a bigger heavier engine you will need something with a higher spring rate because it will drop in the front. Also cargo coils are rear springs that have a progressive rate to carry an added load but they always had a good ride when I used them without a load.

With an all iron motor you would do great with Moog 5660's in front for about a half inch drop and added stability. If the motor has an aluminum top side the 5660's would leave you sitting a little too high and you might be better with a Moog 5658 although I have no personal experience with that particular spring
Try this out

Cargo coils in the rear will raise the ride height when not loaded down. If ride height isn't a big concern and you'd like something closer in ride height to the cargo coils, try a set of F41 springs #5606 or 5608. They will make the car sit a little higher. Ask me how I know...
They will most likely sit a tad higher up front than the 5660's.
