Need help, I currently have 15x3 fronts, I want to go wider thinking maybe 5 or 6, what should be the offset for the front, Im good on the rear running 15x8 with 295's.

The offset is the relationship between the center line of the wheel and the outer lip, with that said, you might want to go with a wheel that has 0 offset or if want them closer to the wheel well edge you'll have to run a negative offset. Most wheel manufactures for American cars list the backspacing. You'll want to go between 3.5" to 4.5" of backspacing.

Are you limited to the same brand and style you have on the rears?
15" rims on a Gbody tend to work well with rims that are centered so I would say for a 5" rim around 2.5"-3" backspace and 3"-3.5" for a 6" rim.
If you have a tall tire you can use less backspace to give more clearance while making a turn but still keep the tire tucked in because of the narrow rim.

I used to run 15x6 centerline on my cutlass, they were 3-1/2" backspacing and sat pretty center in the wheel wells. I had 26x8 MT sportsman sr radials which is close to the 225/60. This is the only pic I could find....hope it helps.
