front windshield chrome trim clips

i bought some clips for a cutlass 78-88 2 dr. they fit the back window, but not the front. is the front clips differ from the rear?

IIRC they are all the same - unless you have a vinyl top

I got mine from http://www.clipsandfasteners.com, They have a whole page of "Reveal molding Clips" Cheep price too fast shipper.
Look at the menu on the left click on clips and follow the pop out menu. Hope this helps.
