While I had my instrument panel out in order to fix the speedo cable, I decided to replace all the idiot lights. Now that it's in, the low fuel light is always on. As far as I can tell from the circuit sheet on the instrument panel, the low fuel light is connected directly to and only to the gas gage, which seems to be working fine. I know I could just pull the bulb because I don't need a light to tell me what the needle already will tell me, but I kind of like having everything in working order. Any idea why the needle says full but the electric signal doesn't?
