I replaced my fuel sending unit due to the cluster not reading my gas level and its never worked and its still not working........... im lost and dont know what to do next do i buy a new cluster or do i take my cluster off and try to fix connections ?

First thing to do is check the ground for the tank. The wires can corrode away and not have enough connection. The other thing is the connector can rust and not make a good connection that way. Once that is done check the voltage to see what you have. Dont remember the correct voltage off hand, someone may chime in or check the CSM (chassis service manual) if you have one
