G body Exhaust In a box?

That's what I'll be running too.

I've found that there's no such thing as a "bolt-on" exhaust with these cars. You might get lucky and have one that goes on fine or you'll have to make modifications to get it to fit.

I have had two different Torque Tech exhaust systems. One was a 3" system installed on my 455 with manifolds in my '87, the other was a 2.5" system installed on my brother's 403 with headers in his '81. Both systems needed work to fit and the exhaust shop actually made a few of their own pieces to make them fit properly.

I've heard of one person that had a Pypes "bolt-on" exhaust system with similar problems.

In the end its almost easier to just make your own. That's what I've resorted to my '87 this time around. I bought a Summit X-pipe kit as well as some straight sections of 3" tubing and mandrel u-bends that'll get welded up.

I got a complete set of duals 2.5 Inch for my regal with SBC from Jegs and used Dynomax headers. When I did my 455 in my 79 Cutlass, I went from Hooker Header 3.5 to 3 inch Pipe and then had a muffler shop make my tailpipes going over the axle for about a 100.00 Bucks including pipe.

I've had good success with the Pypes kit. Every car is different and especially with exhaust, it's not technically 100% bolt in. Some G-bodies had holes on the frame already for the tailpipe hanger. If your's didn't though, the frames are thick enough to drive in a sheetmetal screw and fasten the hanger to the frame. I'm not sure how Olds headers are set up (lengthwise) or if they are the same length as SBC longtubes, but we needed about a foot more of pipe to make it work

the dynomax header back exhaust system will work only with dynomax headers, any other brand of headers will require modification,at least thats what summit says.I like this exhaust system,i dont want the cutlass to be very loud,so turbo mufflers with work perfectly with my application.

I was able to bolt this one on mine without any trouble at all. Just had to have a 3-4" section of pipe bent for my driver's side header that was a little shorter:

Mine had two 14" or so extensions to go from the x-pipe to the headers. They're not pictured here, but I'm pretty sure they are included with this kit... I'd have to go back through my receipts to see exactly what I got. The low-rpm part of the video doesn't sound exactly like that because I had a small exhaust leak that I eventually fixed, but the rest of it is a good idea of how it sounds.
