Not sure if anyone else is nuts as I am but every car I owned has its theme song. Just curious if anyone else does this. Lol heard this song years ago but it kinda fills out the pissed off look my 86 cutlass has. Plus it came out in 86!

That's a good tune. I remember seeing the original ELP, or Emerson, Lake, and Palmer back in the early '70's. I know...I'm dating myself. For three guys, they put out a big sound.

Rebel Yell from Billy Idol. My plan was to paint monte silver metallic and then do a rebel flag across
the top roof line with skulls in place of the stars. And use the Rebel Yell logo's I already have on
the front and rear of the car.

I used to have a 93 ford escort called (mt pockets )
And a custom built chopper called (hogwash)
My current bike is a 2000 Yamaha 650 classic painted Firethorn orange metalflake called (sinister glow)

Not specific to g-bodys but I have always been a drag racer and that's what I think of when I hear the Eagles "take it to the limit".
Anyone in the Detroit area (old like me) will remember Detroit Dragway advertising SUNDAY SUNDAY @ Detroit Dragway here is a vid by the band Crank https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V93FwPWuA6M

I think my Monte's theme song has always been AC/DC Back in Black.
I know someone asked me on my Youtube channel if my favorite song was Sammy Hagar's I can't drive 55.

That ELP song sucked me back to when I was 19. Here's another meme from left field:

"So why, exactly, do you [like Malibus so much]? I dunno. It's just something I have to do. It's like a vision quest, or something. It's like the one thing I have to do, right now." This is a bad paraphrase from a movie that just spoke to me at that time. So, 30 years later, it's what goes through my head when I am thinking about working on my cars. I always remember this scene, and the song that pounds through it:

Vision Quest, I thought that was a good movie and I think I still have a VHS tape of it stuffed away somewhere.

Love that song!!! For me back in the early 90's ,I was a chubby 13 year old dork. My uncles were 5 years older than me. Most popular guys in town. Mike had 4/5 G-bodies. Most jaw dropping was his 85 cutlass t-top 403 champagne/black interior with the Hurst shifter. 60 series mags. Mullets pot smoke and warrant/Def lepp/Poison/ Motley crew. Lost the weight and learned how to party. Partying one night he threw me the keys and some blonde was in the car. Ran around all night blasting Uncle toms cabin. Woke up a man lol and it also ment coming up with $23.00 in gas I burned out lol. Side notes but G bodies always hold a special spot. Now 33 married with a kid needed the nostalgia.[/QUOTE]

Not to mention that sticky spot you left in his back seat all those years ago. Was it worth the $23 ?
True blonde ? Or too many beers to remember ?

Now back to the question : Highway Star , Radar Love, Crazy Train (ozzy version)
