gbody ls1 header options

Whats up guys found these on ebay trying to find headers for my 5.3 swap in my malibu do you guys think these will clear the steering and what not??

I was thinking since its a somewhat shorty header the only problems im worried about is the steering

I understand keeping it simple, only other argument is I thought the long tubes offered more hp and tq?.... :wink: if not let us know how those work out.

Yes in most cases they would make more power. But gbody headers for the ls is way pricey. I saw another user on here using long tube fbody headers but had to mod the collecters and i suck at welding. Even those will shortys will flow better than manifolds anyway lol
