That looks like the aftermath of way to many beers. "Hey you guys watch this, I'm gonna make my vette look even uglier!" is wrong with some people. That would be a pain to drive, how the hell would you see over the grill shell and bull horns. Crazy Rednecks.

OMG, I think I'm in shock...

Umm... so... that front end looks to be about 2" maybe from the ground? I'm pretty sure the is little to no visibility out front. So... This is a trailer queen show car??? I just don't get it... And those mirrors, those are oddly the biggest wtf on the whole car. Also see some funky tail lights and a big ugly rear bumper (why bother if he didn't put a bumper on the front?).
