when GM describes there oil usage in the book there saying use-GM standard 6136-M <what is this? marjority of the suitable oils currently multi-viscosity,non detergent an other lowoils are specifically not recommended, the use of 'break in oils' 'tune-up' friction-reducing' compounds are not recommanded. that's what factory manual says

Well, you forgot to mention which manual you are using. If it is from 20-30 years ago, it is probably irrelevant in this area today. The thing I would worry about is using an oil with ZDDP in it if the engine has flat tappets in it. That and the right viscosity are the main concerns. Is this an old engine, a fresh rebuild, an old rebuild?
