I say yes....definately...but make sure your crank will not need to be machined to accept a pilot bearing for the clutch...I know SBO's have to have a manual shift crank installed or machined for a stick to work. Just so ya know.....

It also says its for small block Chevy. If you are running an Olds or Buick the bellhousing and flywheel will not work. I can't tell from the pics but I doubt the bellhousing is dual pattern. I'm sure someone will set me straight if I' wrong. One other side note; those transmissions were only behind low HP engines and aren't very strong. If your engine has much power you'll want to be gentle. They were intended more as an economy option than a performance option. If all those things I've mentioned still work for you than I'd say it's a good deal.

I have a 400 hp 350 in my car right now so I know the transmission wouldn't hold up. Would the pedal setup Master cylinder etc still be a good buy for that price?

Pretty high just for essentially just a bellhousing, linkage, pedals, and hump. Maybe you could recover some money by reselling the transmission but I don't think they're worth much.
