Got so close to a 9 today

Took my generator and some 500w utility lights to warm the oil pan and rear since temps were in the high 30z..

I made 3 changes since the last time out:

1) Stepped up one jet size for compensate for the cold air

2) Installed QA1 front shocks to help with the tires from unloading

3) Last was to install the $20 homemade swaybar to control the "Gbody twist"


Well it (they) worked.

Old best 60' 1.46 new 1.44
Old best ET 10.27 new 10.00
Old best MPH 130.49 new 130.92

Oh, my guesss on weight was pretty close 3300#, it scaled at 3250#

I have all winter to find a bar that is a better fit.

Can't wait until spring and the first 9.

Funny thing, I told my buddy at the track I would be happy with a 10 teen.

When I saw how things were going, I tried for the 9 anything!

Maybe I should have hit the mens room before the run!
