I ordered a water pump at auto zone yesterday, and they were like it will be here tomorrow morning.. so i go up there today and get there around 9:00 (the store is about 7 or 8 miles away from my house maybe less)... i go up to the counter, and told them i was here to pick up my water pump..they go out back and look.. come back and say its not here.. he asks one of his other co-workers, and they say the truck wont be here till 12 or 3, but they said they will call me when it comes in.. so i say ok thank you and head back home.. as soon as i get home around 9:25-9:30, phone rings... and yep it was auto zone, they were like your water pumps here, the truck pulled up out back as soon as you left......... i'm thinking in my head are you kidding me? but i couldn't get mad and just kinda laughed about it lol

I love when I give them a part number and they ask me what year even though I gave them a good number....I build alot of streetrods for people from the 20's 30's and 40's I love to the see the kid behind the counter scratch his head when I tell him the year. It never fails.
