GP grill part swapability

I have an 86 GP. I only need the lower left grill, the other lower and upper parts are fine. So.. which years can swap onto mine? I found a 78 or so GP with all the grill parts and they look cooler. Will those screw into my car? If no, what years can?

1981-1987 will work but 1981-1984 is different style than the 1985-1987

i dont believe those parts will go on straight. the late 70's GPs had a narrow grille with a turn signal between the headlights.
here's an example: http://www.gmphotostore.com/images/53218357_pr.jpg i believe the later front ends were a little wider from side to side so i dont think any of it would interchange onto an 86.
