In general, the 78-80 GP exterior trim is different from the 81+ trim. However, does anyone know if the trim on the trunk lid around the license plate opening (u-shaped 3 piece) is interchangeable? Unlike the other body lines, I don't know if this part is different as well.

if u talking about the chrome trim around the license plate then no it anit cuz of the reverse lights. i think thats wat ur talking about?
