I want to powder coat some new bumpers on my 86 Grand National. The originals have been replaced and the new ones are painted steel. I want to powder coat them like the originals due to chipping. The paint cod eis 19 Solid Black on the body pain, but do I just do gloss black powder coat with a clear powder coat over it? Will it match or is there a specific powder coat color to match?
