It's been done, but it's not easy. You need the engine, transmission, wiring harness, computer, brake booster, lines and hoses for fuel, A/C, power steering, the gas tank and lines, exhaust, rear axle, driveshaft, turbo plumbing, radiator, intercooler, etc. By the time you are done, you probably could have bought a running turbo Regal for not too much more. As cool a swap as this is, you are still dealing with a turbo engine from over 20 years ago, with sensors, wiring, etc. from that long ago too. Bolting it in will be the easy part. Making it run right could be far more difficult as you will have to chase weird electronics issues. If you are considering this swap, look at the LSX engines too. They are more powerful stock and the price may be competitive.
