Guage Mounting Q

Ive looked and looked all over the this forum but cannot find a decent picture of someone mounting a Tach like the SunPro II, It comes with a bracket shaped like it can screw on to a steering column. I Want to put it under the Rear Window Def. switch But don't know how to with this type of bracket? Can anyone show me how to mount this thing..

It will work on the a pillar, did it in my old 77 Cutlass years ago. Just gotta flatten the bottom of the bracket a little.

Unfortunately, no, I dont have the car anymore either. It is the engine donor for my 79.
