I've seen them on fleabay from time to time... you'll defin want to do the wiring upgrade with the h3 bulbs.

I don't think 4x6 headlights come in "angel eyes" but anyways, here is an HID kit for G-body cars, complete with ballasts (he has other ones too):

Some other 4x6 headlight kits on ebay are not real HID lights and are called HID "style" projector lights (they don't come with ballasts), they are cheaper and are still brighter than standard or halogen lights:

^^ I have these in my car and I like 'em.

The ones you say you have in your car dont come with ballasts but whats the wiring in the description?

the wiring is to handle the extra power and heat that these lights use/make... I put a set of the h3 diamond cuts in my old 79 truck without upgrading the wiring, and after a couple months started having issues with the lights just cutting out for no reason... replaced them with silverstars and a year later the new owner(friend of mine) still hasn't had the problem anymore...

The wiring harness in the description, I believe they are for "just in case" any custom work is done. When I put mine in the stock harnesses just plugged into the new headlights. I'm thinking, why would I hack them up and put in the new wiring harnesses, when the wiring gauges is the same? So I didn't use them.

As for what 1evilregal said about extra heat output, I guess we'll wait and see if I have the same problem, but I doubt it.
