I`m looking for a Harmonic Balancer with Degree markings 60 BTDC to 0 TDC-A . For a 84 L/69 305. What are you 305 H/O owners using.

I would just get a timing light with the advance dial.

Look at the pioneer street performance balancers and see if there is one for your application. Not sure where the TDC pointer is on an 84. I had an 86 and it was at 12:00 position.

My 84 is showing the timing marks at 12 o’clock what are the odds you see the motor stopped at top dead center
