haz lights work turn sig light dont

I'm trying to find out way my haz6lights works but my turn sign lights don't.over the winter I remove the ac/heater box off the fire wall and remover any unnecessary wires and rerouted and shortened a few and everything still worked till I unhooked the bat and put in a new starter hooked the bat back up in now my turn signal light don't work and when I turn the key everything works but the started wont do anything all the fuesis are good not blown could it be my turn light flasher and the big round 20 amp fues are bad

I had the same problem, but mine was because the previous owner had a monster tach on the dash with all the wires going to the fuse block(w/no fuses in-line) I think it was drawing too much power. Every time I turned the signal on, it blew a fuse. It could be the flasher though.

Yup, chances are that it's a flasher, the hazards have their own flasher. They're both in the fuse panel under the dash.
