Has anyone had clearance issues with there long tube Headers? My headers are touching my starter, even after I installed a Powermaster Mini starter.

I can't tell you what brand of long-tube headers I have on my car, an 87 Salon (they were put on by previous owner), but although space is at a minimum, they do not touch the starter. I did have to wrap them to shield the starter from heat damage, and I do have to take the driver side loose to change the starter, but mine do not touch.

Maybe you can take the driver side off, and "tweak" the bend a little bit?
