I am using Holleys complete LS one swap kit for our g bodies.
Has anyone run into this before, driver side rear engine block mount bolt, touching header? Thanks, David

Maybe replace it with a stainless buttonhead bolt if you just need a little more clearance.

That sucks, especially using a brand name kit. Looks to me, that header tube could have moved an 1/8" the other way. As stated, a button head may do it. If not, a countersunk bolt will. Either way, looks like you're unbolting headers to fix it.

A good wack with a wood broom stick handle should result in sufficient clearance.

Maybe try a thicker gasket like a Remflex ? I tried to use them on my 406 and it pushed the right side header out to far. Hit the control arm. For you it might be enough
