Header Plugs?????

I was at the auto parts store the other day and noticed accel makes spark plugs/header plugs? Can anyone tell me about them? Are they any good or is there something else better out there designed for the heat?

i think the overall length is just shorter to make them easier to change/install

i have one in my car, since a regular plug and wire won't fit. it seems to work well so far.
