been stashing parts for a while now and starting to put them together, and came across a hair pulling problem... hoping you guys might share some of your combos with me and help me out of a fustrating position...

first of all, engine is 67 vintage 327 with the "double hump" heads... I got a set of flowtech headers #49100flt afterburners mounted up, then just mounted the crossmember I recieved in from Jeg's for the 700r4 transmission.

trouble is, the humps in the crossmember are about 2" offset from where the header comes out... I talked to the tech at jeg's and he said only 2 different headers would work with it, one being possibly discontinued, and the other is out a ceramic coated which unfortunately, I can't afford right now.

I thought I could just have a pipe custom bent to fit, but there is less than 6" between end of header and crossmember on the drivers side.

my whole idea on this project has been to keep it on a tight budget(mainly because I'm always broke 😛 ),to show it can be done...

I know you guys can give me some ideas where I can get what I need or will work better.

Thanks,
Darin
