 does anybody find it hard to change the spark plugs on there grand prix or even tighten certain bolts of the headers on there gp's also. is there a special tool that can maybe do this. i'm really frustrated taking a half hour or so on one bolt or like 2 certain spark plug!there must be an easier way please help.if any know of a special tools for the headers and spark plug where theyre hard to reach would be appreciated. thanx...

wow i think i need one of those after my nuckle busting experience yesterday

I just use a 5/8 open end wrench for the hard ones, or a 3/4 wrench on the spark plug socket end-preferably a Gearwrench.

Thanks, I like to think my SS is nice looking 😉

I don't have the exact socket, the one I have is from Snap On and cost me $30 a few years ago, I doubt they have gotten any cheaper but they sure do work great!.

I have heard of other people drilling out a cheap socket and cutting it down but heck my thinking is why waste a hour working on making one work when I can just buy one cheap enough.

Spark Plug Removal Right Rear

I had the same problem I tried all possible adapters what I found out to work easy was an 5/8 offset box wrench short turns but I got them out disconnect battery so you wont weld to the starter
