hello peoples: Has anyone tried it in their tires? It saves weight, but any other pluses?

From what little knowledge I have on this subject matter...I know that (don't know if they still do) if Costco put those little green valve caps on your valve stem it was serviced with nitrogen. Maybe if it's inert, less corrosion inside the rim but what's to stop it from creeping into the bead from the outside??? I've been told the pressure varies less when subjected to different temperatures. The molecule size argument causes less leakage???

The main benefit to Nitrogen is that when the temperature changes, the pressure inside the tire doesn't as compared to regular air.

You know the air on planet earth is 78% nitrogen, right?

While it might be a benefit, my personal feeling is that "nitrogen filled" tires is way overhyped, especially given the additional cost.
