Went to the junk yard today and picked up a 34mm front sway bar and a 7/8" rear sway bar.
My question is about the front sway bar. I took it off of a 1991 Camaro. I have to order end links for it and i'm not sure which ones to order. Do I order end links for a 1991 Camaro or do I order them for a 1978 Cutlass(my car)?

Go with the car you put it on. Technically the right way to do it would be to install the bar without links, put the car on the ground and with the bar level, measure the distance between the bar and the control arm. That length would be the same lenght that you would want your end links to be. Doing it this way takes into account for being lowered/raised, or weak springs, etc.

Whats the best way to custom fit a new set of end links?Make the center sleeve longer/shorter?

Pretty much. Energy suspension doesn't go by applications in their catalog. They just offer them in differing lengnths according to what you measure.
