ok somewhere between taking my motor out of the regal and into the cutlass and then the installation of exhaust, i have gained a real bad smoking problem coming out of the exhaust pipes that wasnt there in the regal. granted the regal was open headers and the cutlass has full exaust. Any clue where all the smoke is coming from?

Was the motor tipped over? Does it smoke all of the time?

no it was not tipped over, and for what little time weve had it running, (15 minutes at one time) it still smokes.

I don't know what could have happened during the swap, but do a compression test to see whats up. If it was tipped over, oil could have gotten in the combustion chamber and it would smoke for a while till all of the oil burns off. That would be the best case scenario, but not in your case.

it may have leaned, but idk, its like the oil pan wasnt leaking before, bbut when we swapped it, it leaked really bad between the oil pan and timing chain cover
