So I'm getting a dual in tank fuel pump system for my 84 cutlass that was originally carb'd. What will I need to do about running electrical for the new fuel pumps and sending unit? Does my car's stock harness have a fuel pump plug by the tank? Or do I have to run something back from the fuse block? I'm assuming I can use the stock fuel sending unit harness that came stock????

Your car's factory harness will not have the fuel pump plug by the tank. Even if you did have it, the factory fuel pump wiring on GN, T types and EFI Monte Carlos isnt the best for a performance application. Most GN guys use a hot wire kit (see link). With 2 fuel pumps, you likely draw a lot of current. You may need an extra feed wire from the +12VDC source.
