Undo the fender skin at the wheel well and rear of the fender along the door; try to get your arm in there to unbolt the bracket.
A 10mm socket is all you need.
If you can't get to it that way without bending the fender enough you'll need to remove the hood and undo the top bolts or remove the RH air dam, reflector and perhaps unbolt the bumper cover and header panel to help free it up more so you don't bend the sheet metal but that's a little excessive... IMO.
