Help identify

Can someone please help identify this part for me? Looking to clean up under hood a little bit and was trying to decide what all could be removed, but I’m not sure what this is!

That's the EGR relay for the CCC system. GM part number 10026663.

Thanks and it appears there is something under it with another plug of wires going into it is it all related?

Since I have already removed the computer (ecu) I assume this can be removed? I don’t need it anymore?
