what is this piece found while changeing headlight it fell

that looks like a big *ss rivet, i don't know where it would come from on our cars... did ya look at her fan shroud to see if its one of them clips? is it metal, plastic, rubber? do you have aftermarket headlights?

its metal we bought new headlights today and we were chanfing them and it fell out. i try to find where it came from didnt see anything

it kinda reminds me of a clip that holds in speakers that has a 1 way washer, called a push nut, but push nuts are usually used on plastic things that look like that. i dunno ill have to look at my book.
