One other thought, that hose is right there near the wiper motor. Could it be for the washer pump. Can't tell from the pic if it is actually a vac line or not, was just making an assumption, and remembering that a similar question had been asked before.Afternoon guys. With Cruise control deleted is it necessary to run to firewall? If it is what you say it is.I'll say cruise control vac line. It should run to the firewall.
No need as it feeds to the vac switch mounted by the brake pedal. You can cut off the unneeded line.With

Cruise control was deleted and I'm trying to see bout if there is any vac line leaks.When was electric pump offered 86,my 84 is still vaccum powered my 88 had the electric. You don't have a vaccum leak any where?does the cruise control work?the wiper fluid pump?rare possiblity it has a fuel minder gauge
