HELP! lower outr/inner door panel 81 Cutty..

The bottom of my door is partly rotted out, and replacement doors ar hard to find ower here :(
Need some advise. Is there any replacement body sheets parts for the doors on the g-body?
Ore is there parts from other makes that is usable? Anybode who got some bright ideas?
