++HELP++ Power Release Trunk Wiring++

Does anyone know how to wire a power trunk release solenoid? It has wires coming from it.

Should be two wires off the push button in the glove box...one (likely black) goes to the solenoid at the trunk latch and the other (pink/black or maybe red) goes to the fuse box. This diagram may help.

okay when i got it from my friend. It already had the wires from the solenoid. I just picked up the push button. Its fabricated into my shifter housing. It has no wires on it. It has clamps. The solenoid on the trunk clamp has 2 wires like u said. 1 is actually coming from the solenoid the other is somewhere on the clamp.

I'm not sure I'm familiar with what you've got there...the Gbody ones if seen and used have only one wire to the trunk solenoid and the release button in the glove box has two termianls one out to the solenoid the other to the fuse box.

how could i test it out without installing it in my car?

With what you've got there I'm not quite sure. Maybe someone else will chime in.
