Pretty much everything in the engine compartment. Motor mounts, frame mounts, starter, exhaust, accessory brackets, wiring, etc, etc. Also the trans if you don't have a dual-pattern bellhousing on your current trans.

You currently have an Olds engine, so a chevy 350 wouldn't fit your current transmission's bellhousing.
So what matters here is whether or not you want to keep your current transmission.
You may find an engine & transmission combo in which case it wouldnt' matter.
If you have a good 4 speed transmission, then what I would do is keep it and look for an olds 350 engine, as it would bolt in, and then I'd upgrade that (heads/intake/carb/exhaust manifold/dual exhaust).
