Help with windshield washer pump

Apparently on of the things the previous owner of my 81 Elky did was to remove the windshield washer pump and the local auto parts store has a variety to choose from. Anybody have an idea what the correct replacement pump (brand/model) is for my ride?

There are 2 different pumps for an 81;
1 for a motor with delay and 1 for a motor without. Neither are hard to find

Does anyone recognize what this wiper motor came off of? it a reman with the number 91-0643-40 on it. Unfortunately i can't track it down on the web with only that info.
