Help!!

I have a 200-4R Transmission in my Monte Carlo with a B&M Shift Kit, I've noticed the transmission doesn't seem to be shifting quite as hard and every time it shifts you get a pretty noticeable squeak out of it. I checked the fluid and it's full. Any ideas? Also, does anybody make a good performance rebuild kit for this transmission, and can anyone reccommend me a good aftermarket stall converter, as it will most likely be out soon to be checked...thanks!

check that the shift detent cable is adjusted correctly. this should help:
