I have no idea what the b/s and bolt pattern on a Toyota truck is but my gut says "won't fit" You can forget about the fwd cars too. G-body Regal should be a 5 lug on 4.75" bolt pattern (5 on 4.75") and a 15" x 7" should have about a 4.25"-4.5" backspace.

how would i be able to measure that if i go see the wheels?

I tried to google Toyota Tacoma bolt spacing .... all I could find were 6 on 5.5", which definately isn't going to fit.
