I ran a jumper from the battery to the positive end of the horns and they work, but I'm getting no power to the horns. The relay is fine... so I'm guessing that only leaves the horn buttons?
I pulled the steering wheel cover off to check out the horn buttons and I'm not real sure what I'm looking at. It looks real simple, simple enough that there isn't anything to replace.
BTW - the horn was working fine a few weeks ago.

Thanks in advance for any help.

make sure the connections arent rusty, the bolt that holds it on is the ground. try getting a push button switch to test it to make sure the horn button isnt the clupret.

The connections aren't rusted and the ground on the horns are fine.
I'm thinking it may be the horn button. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the horn? There is nothing in my Haynes manual that I saw.
