I have a problem with my horn going off when the key is inserted in the off position and the driver's side door is open. I think i fixed this problem once with some shrink wrap but it was kinda shoved together. Circled in red is a long white plastic sleeve that the black tube slips into. The white sleeve is broken but i believe it had a notch in it for the small nub (circled in green) to go into. Does anyone know anywhere I can get replacement parts other than a junk yard? I looked online but it didn't go well.

That's called a turn signal cancel cam and they are available at most parts outlets.
Dorman products still make them. I just replaced mine last month,Auto Zone has them in the Help section.
You will need a couple of special tools to change it. A steering wheel puller and a lock plate tool.

That's awesome. I know we have a wheel puller, I just need to find a lock plate tool. Thanks for the info.
