WOW!!!

Greetings Mr Knight & all; WOW did you guys have FUN?? I'll bet that was one SWEET wail coming out of that little building! So what carb did you end up with? And I want you to know that you just put one more nail in the coffin of the ole' guard. Just think of your next round, you could start with a 6.2 (376 inch) do a little bore hence a 383 inch LS, , MORE cam, better heads and put the finial nail in on anything ole' school less than 480 cubes. Amazing how well the heads work & the excellent valve geometry. Can you imagine the cost of trying to make a OHC ford of similar (?) inches make these numbers. GM no dough is making the best bang for the buck again. I hope to see ya before I leave on my fall bucket tour. Bob Jr.

It was a riot Mr. Bob. Couldn't have asked for a better bargain. As far as all those expensive options you threw out, my best bet will be finding a 6.0 and swapping everything over. Probably pick up 100hp.
