I removed the heat and A/C from my Cutlass and I went to install my pass side washer nozzle and now I have no where to mount it. Any help will be appreciated thanks!

honestly, I think you're overthinking this...
there is no weight to the line, and really only the angle of the nozzle is critical.

depending on the level of complexity you want to get into here, anything from a zip-tie to a little L-bracket that holds the nozzle will do the job.

something like this

... thought I should mention,

that picture I posted is purely for example of bracket... simple L-bracket angled towards your windshield, hole in it for the nozzle, bamp you're done.

I have the original washer nozzle yet just trying to avoid drilling into the drip tray but if thats my only option so be it.

you can by some strong double sided epoxy stickers... Or, even if you drill thru to mount the bracket, there are ways to seal the hole.

yep, find any thin piece of chromed metal or even sheet metal and cup a strip out, and mount it anywhere you like. you can literly put it anywhere as long as the juice hits your window.
