how to put gto seats in a 1984 monte carlo ss

Do any one know how to go about putting 2004-2006 gto seats in Monte Carlo I'm trying to Get more head and leg room help is needed please

i went a total different route then any of there posts. im getting ready to pull my seats back out to install new carpet, and paint the new brackets i made to for my seats. are you instaling back seat to? when i pull my seats i can take some photos, and measurements. i just use some flat 1 inch metal, mig, and threader.

No back seats yet just want the front seats in at this time and thanks big block for the link

There is another thread on montecarloss.com from a member called Clutch Grabwell on converting the GTO seats to a Monte Carlo.

I have read the post but it seam like you need some seat bracket made do you think a upholstery company can make these brackets?
