I need some help guys. ASAP

I bought a trunk pan from a guy on ebay and he told me he shipped out my package through some company out there in Mount Pleasant Iowa. He said he had to go into town and have some company package for him and they would take care of the shipping for him. Does anybody live out that way that would know a company that takes care of the packages like I described above that knows the name of the company so I can contact them myself. The guy won't give me the company name. Please Help

open a dispute right away!! i cannot stress this enough.. i got taken for a set of trailing arms.. $$250 stolen from me because of ''shipping issues''. I didnt open the dispute in time and lost my money! Had to file a IC3 claim, never got my money..

You have 45 days to open a dispute. Yes it's important to do it in time, but give the guy a chance to ship it and provide a tracking number. Yeah, I filed a dispute one some rims + tires of $2500 that didn't ship for the same reason, but I did it on the 46th day after purchase because I didn't read it correctly, and guess what I got out of it? ZIPPO. But give the guy a chance and make sure to file the dispute before the 45th day time limit if he doesn't ship. However most scammers will already have no funds in their paypal account by then, and also, if the guy has a feedback rating of 100% and a score of 40 then he's likely legit.
