As some of you know i have quite the race motor in my cutlass and driveablity wise it's not the best. I have three major problems with running this motor. 1 i am forced to run 93 octane and 110 octane race gas which is pretty expensive when it gets 7 mpg. 2 This is my first car, and i want to drive it when i can and with this motor being it has 59cc chambers and an 11.77:1 compression I can only drive it on days its 70 degree F or below, i have a huge overheating problem because of the heads that are on it. 3 with the .563 lift cam, i get almost no vaccum for the brakes, almost never idles unless the carb idle screw is adjusted to 1000 rpm which causes it to diesel when i shut it off and two footing is how i have to drive it.

I want to be able to drive this on the street without overheating issues or running race gas, so i'm either switching back to the 307 or doing some work to this motor.
I need some help with choosing head gasket thickness, head info and if i can retain the valvetrain in the motor or have to swap to a more milder street cam/valvetrain.
here's what i have.
1973 olds 350 solid web block
Bored .30 over (355)
block decked to 0
speedpro forged flat top pistons (made for w31 with stock heads makes it 9.5:1 compression)-#L2320F30
lunati cams- .563 lift cam, 244/304 advertised duration-#51805
mondello solid roller lifters-#rt680
comp cam magnum rocker arm kit, 1.6 ratio full roller-#1441 kit
mr gasket #1155 head gaskets
edelbrock double roller timing chain-#7813
the 7a heads have been fully ported/polished and have been milled to 59cc chambers
1.995/1.624 valves

I have a pair of junky #8 350 heads

Will these #8 heads ported/polished with all the valvetrain swapped over onto them work in conjunction with the pistons and cam?
